In the Foundation department, the children have been eagerly awaiting for the ducks to hatch since they were incubated. After waiting 28 long days, Nursery children are very excited to see the arrival of 6 Khaki Campbell ducklings.  They will be in the Nursery until Tuesday 9th July.

These were some of the comments that the children made:

Summer Mackenzie said, "They cracked out of the eggs.  They were wet and now they,ve gone all fluffy.  They smell!!!!"

" The eggs were in the incubator and they were turning around.  It was eeping them warm.  They tapped their beaks and they hatched.  We had a picture with the ducklings." - Amelia
