On October 5th, some children from years 4,5, and 6, along with four members of staff, stayed at Nethercott Farm. See these photographs to see what a great time they had.
This is what one of the children who went said:
"When we arrived it looked like a mansion because it was so big. We were very lucky because some of us got to see Michael Morpurgo brushing his teeth! At 1.00 am the fire alarm went off because something had got stuck in the little red box. We all had to go outside in dressing gowns and bare feet.
Some of the activities were cleaning the ponies, feeding the cows and the bulls and sweeping the poo! Eve from year 4 fell in it on her birthday!
My favourite thing was the loud room which is a place you can be as loud as you like and there was a pool table and table tennis.
The food was yum, we had two puddings every day and we got to have hot chocolate every night. The staff there were very nice. Maybe if you get the chance you could go there too, it is good fun."
