During the last half term, children in year 3 have been studying the Celts. As an introduction to their learning, they visited Cockington where they took part in activities which were led by the Torbay Coast and Countryside rangers. After this, they started putting what they had learnt into use, by making artifacts from the Celtic time. The final outcome was a Celtic Museum which parents were invited to come to. They were able to look around at all the artifacts that the children had made. Many parents were visited the museum to see the fantastic work that the chidlren had achieved. Our thanks to go to all the parents who were, both able to qattend the museum and helped with the homework.
